Diese AGB gelten für alle Deutsch- und Schweizerdeutsch-Lektionen (Einzel- und Gruppenunterricht), die von Deutsch mit Theres angeboten werden.
Die Anmeldung erfolgt schriftlich (z.B. per E-Mail oder WhatsApp) und ist verbindlich.
Mit der Buchung akzeptieren die Teilnehmer:innen diese AGB.
Die vereinbarten Preise gelten gemäss aktueller Preisliste oder individueller Absprache.
Die Zahlung erfolgt im Voraus.
Die Lektionen finden erst nach Zahlungseingang statt.
Lektionen können bis spätestens 24 Stunden vor Beginn kostenlos abgesagt oder verschoben werden.
Bei späteren Absagen wird die Lektion voll in Rechnung gestellt.
Bei Nichterscheinen ohne Absage wird die Lektion ebenfalls voll berechnet.
Bei Verspätung verkürzt sich die Lektion entsprechend.
Bei mehr als 15 Minuten Verspätung findet die Lektion nicht statt und wird vollständig verrechnet.
Bei technischen Problemen auf Seiten der Teilnehmer:innen wird die Lektion ebenfalls vollständig verrechnet.
Pakete sind ab dem ersten Termin 4 Monate gültig.
Nicht genutzte Lektionen verfallen nach Ablauf dieser Frist.
Die Lektionen finden online oder vor Ort statt.
Für Online-Unterricht sind die Teilnehmer:innen selbst verantwortlich für Technik und Internetverbindung.
Eine Probestunde ist möglich und wird zum regulären Preis verrechnet.
Es gelten die gleichen Bedingungen wie für reguläre Lektionen.
Änderungen der Preise und AGB bleiben vorbehalten.
Es gilt schweizerisches Recht.
Mit der Buchung einer Lektion akzeptieren Sie diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen.

Bookings are made in writing and are binding.
By booking, participants agree to these terms.
Prices follow the current price list or individual agreement.
Payment must be made in advance.
Lessons take place after payment is received.
Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the lesson.
Late cancellations and no-shows are fully charged.
If a participant is late, the lesson will be shortened.
If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, the lesson will not take place and will be fully charged.
Technical issues on the participant’s side will also result in a full charge.
Packages are valid for 4 months from the first lesson.
Unused lessons expire after this period.
Lessons take place online or on-site.
Participants are responsible for their technical setup.
A trial lesson is possible and will be charged at the regular rate.
The same conditions apply.
Prices and terms may be adjusted at any time.
Swiss law applies.

Estes termos aplicam-se a todas as aulas de alemão e suíço-alemão oferecidas pela Deutsch mit Theres.
A inscrição é feita por escrito e é vinculativa.
Ao reservar, o/a participante aceita estes termos.
Os preços seguem a tabela atual ou acordo individual.
O pagamento deve ser feito antecipadamente.
As aulas só têm lugar após o pagamento.
As aulas podem ser canceladas gratuitamente até 24 horas antes.
Cancelamentos tardios e faltas são cobrados na totalidade.
Em caso de atraso, a aula será reduzida.
Se o atraso for superior a 15 minutos, a aula não será realizada e será cobrada na totalidade.
Problemas técnicos também resultam na cobrança total.
Os pacotes são válidos por 4 meses após a primeira aula.
Aulas não utilizadas expiram após esse período.
As aulas decorrem online ou presencialmente.
O/a participante é responsável pela sua conexão e equipamento.
A aula experimental é possível e cobrada ao preço normal.
Aplicam-se as mesmas condições.
Os preços e termos podem ser alterados a qualquer momento.
Aplica-se o direito suíço.
Ao reservar uma aula, você concorda com estes termos e condições.
